Before you begin, I want to learn more about you.

Before we begin, I want to understand you more deeply.

A few questions about what brought you here, how it shows up today, and what kind of change you want to make. Take your time.

A few questions about what brought you here, how it shows up today, and what kind of change you want to make. Take your time.

If you're in immediate distress, please call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). Hypnotherapy isn't an emergency service.

The pattern

What are you working through — and what's it like to live with, day to day?

How it shows up, what sets it off, when it's at its worst. The texture of a normal day with it.

Moment of conviction

What was the moment you knew it was time to change this — that it was now, not someday?

Not the moment you found me — the moment you decided you were ready. What was happening, and what shifted inside you.

History & context

When did this first show up — and walk me through a recent moment when it took over or was hard to ignore?

Tell me the origin first — when you first remember it, what was happening around that time. Then one recent moment when the pattern showed up — what happened, what you noticed in your body, mood, and mind.

What you've tried

What have you tried before to address this, and how much or how little did each one help?

Talk therapy, alternative medicine, self-help books — whatever it was. List all of it and what the results were. I want to know how far you went to solve this, and how much or little each try helped.

Cost of inaction

If nothing changes, and this continues — what does life look like?

What changes in your day-to-day. What you stop doing. How you feel physically and emotionally. What you think about. What relationships look like.

What's possible

If you woke up six months from now and this was fully resolved, what's different? What does life look like?

I want to know your dream outcome — the ideal. What your day-to-day looks like, what you say yes to, how you feel in your body and mind, what your relationships look like.

The burning question

If you could ask one question and get a real, honest answer, what would you ask?

So much of what we do together is finding clarity on exactly this kind of question. Not just something you're curious about, but the one you've quietly carried for years.

What didn't fit

What didn't fit anywhere else — and any health context I should know?

Write what doesn't fit. The version you keep editing out. The thing you've been afraid to write. The unexplained or extraordinary experience you've kept private. Plus anything I should know about your physical or mental health — conditions, medications, a current therapist.

The change you want

Now, where is this headed?

Two short answers. There's no wrong one — write what's true for you today.

A quick baseline

Where are things right now?

Five quick reads on how life feels today. Drag each slider, or tap it and use your arrow keys, to wherever you honestly land — we'll look back on these together as things shift.

Each of these is a slider. Press the arrow keys to choose your value, and your screen reader will read the new value as it changes. A slider stays unset until you move it.

On edge / anxious most of the time Settled and calm, even when life is uncertain
Free and moving forward — I can move toward what I want Completely stuck — no matter what I try, I can't move forward
Lost — circling, can't see the way forward Clear on my direction and my next step
I second-guess myself and my decisions I trust my judgment, and that I'll handle what comes
Right at the start — nothing's shifted yet Fully there — this is resolved
